I am a 400level student of Unlag, in dire need
of useful advice. Seven months ago, on a
rainy evening, after a late lecture, rushing
home, I met my ideal man. I couldn't find a
cab and was getting wet when this sleek car
pulled up beside me. After small forming, I
got in happily.
We exchanged numbers and chatted
frequently. Disturbingly, he did not ask to see
me. When I decided to ask, he'd coincidentally
be out of town or away for some courses. He
eventually asked me out and I started
catching feelings. I still had not seen my boo
again.
Few weeks ago I told him I would quit if I
didn't see him. Suddenly, he improved his act,
called more often and promised to see me
soon.
Last week, he invited me to Enugu, booked my
flight and sent some money for shopping. He
picked me up at the airport and was all lovey-
dovey. We went out for dinner and was full of
surprises. Later that night,I was expecting him
to touch me but he did not and when I woke
up I did not see him in bed, I searched the
whole house he was no where to be found, I
came back to the room I locked before leaving
to search for him, I saw him sleeping on the
bed snoring.
I was in shock, I was 100% sure he wasn't in
the room before I left, the room has just one
door and I was standing by the passage close
to the door I can't explain how he came back.
He has 7 candle design on the floor and had
warned me never to step on the drawings if I
am passing, I should make sure I pass by the
corner of the house.
When I related the matter to a neighbor that
lives in the same building, then he had gone
to the bank according to what he told me, the
neighbor said, no one lives in that house that
she doesn't understand what I am saying, and
that the man living in that house was killed by
the landlord since last year. To cut the long
story.
I am still in shock.
The worst is he left on Wednesday for a
conference according to him to return on
Sunday, please nairalanders where am I, am I alright,
do you think I should wait for him to return
and talk about it with him? I wanted to run
away but I don't have money to go back to
Lagos, I live in surulere.
I am confused. What do I do? Please don't
curse, on the other hand I think I found love
