Imagine N13, 000 per meal!! Were they eating whole goats?? Haba! Africa and wastage! Even the N4, 500 being proposed is too damn much! Whatever is wrong with a meal of 1500 which is what one spends on a good meal on average complete with a small bottle of natural orange juice??
