Why didn't the Late Yar'dua/GEJ government probe OBJ's administration, at least they tried to get Tinubu before the CCB Tribunal.

Now to be sincere and be frank, he was appointed to be the chairman of a campaign committee right? how will he fund the campaign?, how will he mobilize to campaign for his master? like seriously do they expect him to use his savings? when given money to execute jobs, was it a crime?.
