Thank God they have reached an agreement. There is a need to go beyond this and ensure a sustainable peace permeates the whole Niger Delta by looking into their demands. Some of their demands deserve the needed attention.

We can criticize their methods but we must not lose sight of their aims The struggle to attract the attention of the world to the plight of Niger Deltans has been on since the sixties. It was what led Adaka Boro to declare the Niger Delta an independent nation in February 1966. And what made Abacha send Saro Wiwa to the gallows.

President Buhari can write his name in gold by ensuring that lasting peace accompanied by material wealth returns to the Niger Delta. The people have suffered untold hardship because of the oil God blessed their land with. They deserve a better share of the oil proceeds.
Where did you read about reaching agreement? They just want to bribe them and NDA is not going for that. Let Buhari use the loan from USA they promised to the North and turn it into a mega farming industry. He who feeds people leads them.

Agreement or no agreement;

1. Nigeria remains one.

2. Tompolo remains a wanted criminal.

3. Nnamdi Kanu remains locked in his zoo cage.

You can take these facts to the bank.

Nigerian remains one..only a fool and lazy man who knows he can't feed himself will hang on to someone who does not want you....
whoever you are and represent, your statement about Nigeria remaining g one shows you are a coward..
so it is you see down men whose wife is the bread winner will refuse divorce despite the fact that the wife is adulterous and the marriage is loveless.....
that is your case and your types. if not why would you agitate and kill innocent people because down says they don't want your union ..na by force..
anyone against the splitting of Nigeria is just a coward, lazy and achaic...simple
no marriage is by force so let us sit down and discuss you say no...it ia your way...that can't hold anymore..take it to the bank too...

Good, the Niger Delta feeds the north and they MUST determine what happens to the north. Not the other way round. It's a natural law that he who feeds you must lead you. If your father still gives you stipends, then you must OBEY everything he say or you get and go become independent. fulanis MUST OBEY the Niger delta Avengers for peace to reign or get out of nigeria. There is NO OTHER WAY!
