Nkem4040: But Buhari's Janjaweeeed army that kills civilians don't mind shooting the priest from Rome. Buhari clan wants to preserve the present lopsided political structure through which more of crude oil proceeds from the south flow to the north through the undue number of 19 states + Abuja with the hundreds of local govt areas created in Buhari north by Buhari north soldiers. Buhari said hey killed 2,000,00 people to enjoy the crude oil proceeds they now enjoy. Most southerners that used to live in the north have been chased away by sharia and Boko Haram. No country exists like Nigeria, but Buhari and his Janjaweeeed are fighting to sustain the status quo. 8 Likes |

that is not Francis Cardinal Arinze. Maybe another priest in that diocese. I'm not surprised though, lies, evil propaganda and doctoring history to suit their agenda seems to be ipob 's strong points and probably will be the foundation stones upon which Biafr@ will be built. I pray you get your Biafr@ make we hear word. and for those hoping that the Pope will also come and join them for their rallies too, well I can only say "get well soon". 6 Likes 1 Share |

Tell our southwest brothers to cool down and allow Biafra to go first. Southwest and the east have always lived peacefully. The two sides can eventually join after having the parasitic and the morbidly religious north off our back. Gideon Orkar from the Midddle belt saw the future, better than many today. 10 Likes 1 Share |

coolitempa1: Your words are terrible. Sounds like u are an educated Fulani herdsman. I'm an Igbo man, Son of an ex-Biafran army captain. I spit in your face as a challenge that Biafra is not dead. Normally, I would never do this but your words are a slap in my face. Several slaps actually and a kick in the balls. 23 Likes 3 Shares |

The Catholic Church would normally protest against desecration of the Church by agents of the State. It is a miscalculation to fire at people in the church; whether such people are there for refuge or worship. Bishop Obinna hasn't come out to say he's supporting IPOB. But we shouldn't forget how he spearheaded the death knell in the political career of a former Imo State governor Ohakim who assaulted a priest. The Catholic Church remains the most powerful organization on earth. 15 Likes 1 Share |

Any army officer dat dare come near this one will be castrated by Buhari himself. Politicians dey fear Catholic church like ebola. Ohakim, Former governor of Imo state knows better. Nigerian army, shooting at harmless protesters is like beating a woman. You guys ain't gat balls. 9 Likes 2 Shares |

I don't want to have brother who don't see me as a brother or sisters who don't see me as one. I don't like talking about tribalism but if the Igbo want their own country let them Go. Why are we still together if we will only be dragging ourselves backward. We complain daily about our government, we can't be running backwards and expect to win a race. By the way, my wife is Urhobo and I have sister in laws from all parts of this nation, but personal believe should not hinder our common good. To the Biafrans, when all is said and done, you will see that you have only succeeded in destroying your land, your resources and your goodwill. When you eventually get your country, I pray there will still be something left to be called a country. 1 Like 2 Shares |

I don't see anything wrong in the agitation, but my concern is that igbos have more investment outside their region of South east than within the South east. A typical igbo man only builds a mansion in his village which he visits in December. Let us agree they leave, what will be the faith of those investments that has been built over the years. Agitation is good for other Nigerian ethic nationalities not the Igbos. They live more outside their region. I am sure half of those responding here are properly not typing from Igbo land and they are supporting the "struggle". When will you all join |

kITATITA: Don't mind the fools who support soldiers shooting into a Catholic Church who killed unarmed civilians who were praying for their fallen heroes. The untrained Janjaweeed soldiers did not understand the international implications of what they did. They had added more international support fuel to the secessionist's cause. 10 Likes |

The soldiers who shot at unarmed civilians in a Catholic Church is like they shot at Cardinal Arinze, Archbishop Obinna and even the Pope, and the entire Catholic Church.. 14 Likes 1 Share |

Am igbo but i will honestly see what and what we have on ground on how to even develop Biafra if eventually it succeeds.Biafra should not just be an experiment o.what are the economic policies, actual population of the igbo race,Agriculture and development index. Its not easy cos we have to see this so that we don't head down the road to somalia. 1 Like |

kITATITA:Yeah! Ohakim would not easily forget him in a hurry. Coupled with that I also like his activism in the fight against the Osu caste system in Igboland. He always lend his voice against injustice, more reason while am not suprised seeing him at the fore front of today's remembrance. 6 Likes |
