The problem is not arms procured by the director logistic/procurement, but those arms deals in contravention of the statutory arms procurement procedure. Those procured directly by the chief of army staff and the DG DICON using government money through their private bank accounts with or without BVN.

Note that the list is not yet made public. If the present COAS name is not there, please go tell Buhari that the list is crap because you know more than the committee that has been working for ten months interviewing those allegedly concerned and their alleged accomplices.
