Sometimes i see some small vehicles, big at times, with Government plate numbers, these vehicles are in no way government vehicles because i know the owners, my step mother also has one like that, because she works in a ministry where she was able to get a government plate number, and she has been using it since she got that car, my question is, is there a system where the Nigerian police or road safety or whatever agency in charge gets to check misuse of Government plate numbers?
