Ethnic Cleansing In The Name Of Fighting Corruption by naijaking1: 12:46am On Jun 13, 2016 |
When buhari came into office, he devised a clever publicity strategy to eliminate the opposition, he called it fighting corruption. And he went all over the World to tell them how corrupt Nigerians really are. Then he began to round up the opposition figures. Now the next phase of his fight against corruption is with military cadre. The officers from percieved opposition tribes and regions are being fired with the same mantra. Who really believes that only Igbo officers are corrupt? Removing almost all the high ranking officers from a tribe based on mere political jaundice is first step to subjugating that tribe, it tells them, you're not welcome and you don't belong here. It's also a good opportunity for all true advocates (not opportunistic parasites) of united Nigeria to rise up and condemn this action on principle. Buhari has never concealed his disdain for Igbos, but if Igbos and Igbos alone become the main casualties of his so called fight against corruption, then it becomes ethnic cleansing, putting all advocates of one Nigeria to shame. 7 Likes 1 Share |

naijaking1:are you in the military? Do you know what criteria is used to ''cut '' I gave an argument. You chose insults. Who among us sounds childish, imbalanced and irrational. Who is diverting instead of talking calmly. This is why Ibo generals are removed from the army. They take the short view. They all go to s and t (supply and transport, logistics and the odd engineer where they can make money and build house in the village while the northerners go into infantry and armour and artillery where they can make it to chief of staff (only teeth arms can be chief) where they can make REAL money and power unlike the spare change that Ibo generals go for 1 Like 1 Share |

14 Igbo general of SE origin, were retired under frivolous reasons by Buhari, whooping 14, for a group that is under represented in the Army. The only good news is that I know the mind set of the average Igbo man that thinks he is well positioned in the Nigeria setting. Most of them are one Nigeria apologists, and would kill the Rest of us against Nigeria if need be to please their Nigerian overlords and to retain their positions. So, in the long run, this might be a blessing in disguise. The more of Igbos with strong Nigerian interests emasculated, the better for the rest of us common Igbos. I read the news of Innocent Bia***day Celebrants in Abia state that were caught and disgraced in Umuahia by the Nigerian police, most of policemen were Igbo in origin. 1 Like |
