Oga was any bill passed before Igbo traders buy shops or land anywhere in the country? Why should this be different? Those cows are somebody's personal business and not FG's business. So fulanis are free to acquire land anywhere in the country to do their business and should not be bothering people with the so called bills unless they have hidden agenda

Imo state house of assembly is an extension of Rochas kitchen. And I know that Rochas is a specialist at treachery. I suggest that every LGA should write a serious warning letter to their representative in the state assembly to desist from approving that bill or face recall.
I will personally inform my rep to guard against falling for this. Though he doesn't like me since I had started moves to contest against his re-election in 2019. Igbo men who are migrants accordeing to you contribute to the developement of the states where they reside. They pay taxes, build houses & even build & maintain markets. Now tell me; what do fulani herdsmen contribute to the states where they graze.
You should know that owners of those cows are not the herdsmen but the politicians & business men of the north extraction.
Also know that the markets & shops Igbo people use are not established by law therefore they can be chased out any time by the state government. Establishing grazing field by law means you cant even tell them to go when they dont contribute in anyway to the state‘s development.

3. Is usage of the reserves restricted to only a particular group of people?

They are not using lagos for grazing, get sense bro... we are talking of people who kill lives, is there no fulani people in Anambra who have houses or rent to do their business like igbos in lagos or north?.
