I have a few questions:
1. Where is the Gucci shoe you claim he's wearing? How can we confirm that the shoes are made by Gucci? I couldn't tell from the picture.
2. How were you and the OP able to determine the cost of the shoe when it is not possible to determine the make of the shoe, where and when it was bought?
3. Why are you guys hell bent on destroying this site with unconfirmed stories and pass them on as if it's true?

This is the president of nigeria so spare him some crap. Having said that, we are in a serious economic woes and he has been speaking about nigeria expanding our industrial base. He should at least tried something local. Many shoe makers can get him exactly or something better than this at lower price and he can make reference with it that if he can wear local and trust it we should try it as well. This is what we call sacrifice because am sure that he can afford something better but doing it for us

If I can use 20k to buy shoe, I see nothing wrong for the president to buy shoe worth 200k. If he dresses shabily, wailers would call him aboki, mumu, etc.

The fact that it's listed at $600 does not mean he bought it at that price. There are discount retailers everywhere. Even Gucci could have had a sales. And even if he bought it for $600, what is the big deal? Why can't we face the issues and stop majoring in minors?
