A COMMINIQUE ON THE RECENTLY HELD APC GOVERNORS FORUM

The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress Governors Forum, Owelle Rochas Okorocha addressed journalists present at the Edo State Government House conference hall based on the meeting held by APC Governors in the country.

The Governors resolved that a National Campaign council that consists of 7 Governors of the APC has been set up to foster the emergence of Godwin Obaseki in Edo state.
He also stated that the Governors have resolved to engage the fulani herdsmen in every state towards a peaceful co-existence.
In Ondo State forthcoming election, a committee has been set up to work out modalities to ensure victory in the state.

As is the culture of APC Governors to engage in lectures, the next lecture will come up in Kaduna soon as citizens of the country are advised to look forward to these series of lectures.

The APC Governor's forum Chairman, Rochas Okorocha beckoned on the people of Nigeria to support Buhari as he leads the country away from trying times into a better future.

JOHN OYEGUN INAUGURATES EDO STATE GOVERNORSHIP CAMPAIGN COUNCIL

The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, John Oyegun charged the members of the campaign council for Edo state Governorship election to deliver Edo state with a margin that tells the story clearly and strategize with the Local Election Organising Committee to ensure victory for the All Progressives Congress.

Governor Ambode of Lagos state who is the chairman of the Campaign Council was represented by Governor Nasir El Rufai of Kaduna who hinted on the fact that the job is being made easier as there is a rule of law and an INEC that is committed to delivering free and fair elections.
He made it known that in the shortest possible time the state will celebrate with Godwin Obaseki.

The APC Governors Forum Chairman, Owelle Rochas Okorocha charged the Campaign Council to put in their best as even the Governors who are not part of the council will give their total support. He noted that in the entire South East and South South, there is just one APC Governor per zone and hammered on the need for the APC to win more states in both zones.

The host of the inauguration, Comrade Adams Oshiomole, the Governor of Edo state thanked all the Governors and stakeholders of the APC for their presence while applauding the members of the campaign council for Edo state Governorship election for accepting the responsibility bestowed on them.
