how does 1billion finish?
if he spent 1million everyday, he'll live confortably for 4.5 years. Which i'm sure he didn't do
The funniest money to spend the Naira with is the SA Rand. It was easy very easy to spend that Money in SA. Moreso if he was staying at the Michealangelo.

The so called Osuo aka T.O is now in APC, he was given an appointment in Dickson's administration as environmental chairman but he squandered all the cash he was supposed to remit, so Dickson dropped him, then he switched to APC, he tried all he could to rig the southern Ijaw LGA in favour of Sylva but to no avail. He even almost lost his first son during the election, his son hijacked ballot boxes and got a serious accident while running with the ballot boxes in his car. Any bag egg for PDP dey always end up in APC

I served in Bayelsa. Majority of their men no dey use eye see women and drinks. I'm sure he didn't work hard for that money. He probably got it through some illegal means and spent it on drinks and women and living large and he got carried away and forgot to make investments.

Massive looting of shared fund of the masses is not a guarantee to evergreen riches, this is evidence in the man who celebrated 1billion naira during the reign of late Alamesiegha a.k.a ALAMCO.
I was a batch A corper between 2004/2005, leaving with my uncle in Kpansia area of Yenagoa, Bayelsa State. He told me to dress up for a club, that a cousin of the the governor is celebrating 1billion. I was confused initially, but my brother, it was a reality when I got there and saw some of our hot corper babes in club arena, behold! The celebration was that the guy had hit is first 1billion naira.
Those who are familiar with Bayelsa State know who slapped GEJ when he was the deputy governor, who later ran to S.A when ALAMCO was impeached.
Recently, I escorted a friend to his house in Amassoma close to NDU (NigerDelta University), take it or leave, the guy is broke. When I got to Yenagoa and was trying to talk about it with my uncle's friends in where we're relaxing, a guy just asked me to forget the talk, saying he quite recently borrowed 10k to fuel his car.

Marvellous! Marvellous!!, what exactly is the value of 1billion in 2004 and how did he spend the money?
i know the story bro, im from bayelsa state, we call him OSUO meaning rain, that was his traditional title. but popularly known as TO (transport officer) in Alamco's government, he was later made commissioner of transport. very foolish people, celebrating ill gotten N1biilion. i no fit shout

He only claimed he had 1billion naira worth celebrating. He might have lied about it back then just to gain cheap popularity. At his age should know how to invest if buying landed properties n building estates is all he can do.

It is written ...' In the last days, wicked men shall grow worse n worse, deceiving n being deceived..'

Even if he was spending 1m per day.............,

But was he actually spending a million per day?

1m per day, two and half years, the money will finish.

2004 to now is 12 years.. Enough time to grow richer or poorer.

i know the man very well...i was a teller in a bank in yenagoa then..his PA (a lady) changed phone almost on dailly basis. and u must pay her highest bill whenever she came to withdraw money infact you would need to beg if the money was not mint (new notes).trouble started for him when alamco was impeached unexpectedly.and he suddenly lost his source of income.and you know he was not in good term wt GEJ (infact use to behave like deputy gov then.GEJ was just a figure head deputy gov then)he lost some of the money when he was on the run from efcc for evidence against alamco.infact you would not wish to be in a party wt him when u see this man spraying money like paper (N1000 notes)..i can go on and write pages on him and his spending cos on the nature of where i worked then..Its really sad if is now back to square one.

N1b might look like a lot of money and it is, but that amount of money is very very easy to squander in one year sef, let alone more than a decade (2005 till date).

Many of the biggest and most consistent ballers on the Island in Lagos or in Abj dey chop N1b for mouth within a year. The key is to keep making money. If your source of funds close, serious wahala dey. Once you stop earning, regardless of how much you saved, e go finish one day... Especially if you have a certain lifestyle that must be maintained.
