Big fat lie, yes i believe Amaechi looted some Rivers state money but not to this extent.
We all know the major financing of the APC 2015 election was estimated to be around 400 billion naira while the PDP was estimated at 2 trillion. The bulk of the 400 billion came majorly from two states( Lagos and Rivers) so where did this 3 trillion come from.
Rivers didnt even collect that much as allocation since APC was formed in 2014 so its a big lie.

I may not be so sure of 2014/15 nysc batch, if they were paid, but other previous years were paid their state allowances, at least my sets were paid there's......

If the average budget of rivers is 400bn it well means 3trn was 8yrs budget..so it means amaechi spent his own money to pay salaries and the many uncompleted projects..interesting..amaechi is no saint but 3trn is being ridiculous
