First things first: Some people don't understand what rape is:

Rape is simply "non-consensual sex".

If the other part is not interested and you make them have sex, that counts as rape.

Rape is non-consensual sex.

This means one of the parties is not consenting/agreeing /willing to have sex at that point in time.

Rape involves any type of sexual penetration against a person without their consent.

At this point, it should be noted that rape is a crime perpetuated by individuals regardless of their genders. Anyone can rape anyone. For an act to be reported as rape, there must be:
1.An Unwilling Partner
2.Sexual Intercourse

Rape is a criminal act carried out through different means:
1.Physical Coercion: Forcing sexual intercourse on the other party.
2.Physical Incapacitation: This entails an individual being disabled in order for a sexual act to be carried out on them.
3.Emotional Blackmail:
