The measures taken by France are pretty moderate, considering the situation. Also, France should more vigorously pursue foreign funders of radical mosques and prayer room. Algeria and Morocco should face the threat of visa restrictions if they are uncooperative. Saudi Arabia just needs to be shut out to the extent possible, since there are probably few migrants from that country.
