The Buhari regime in its brief 18mths has killed more Nigerians than every other administration combined. The only other bloody regime was Abacha's. Mind you the Gowon administration was waging a declared war and so technically does not count. Buhari has sent his troops to kill more Nigerians than all past regimes combined.
