Rivers Christian youths protest the absence of Rivers State senators, Reps and some State Assembly members in the various Assembly.

They ask; If elections could be concluded in Borno State, why can't it be concluded in Rivers State?

The Rivers Christian youths led by EKIYE C. EKIYE have expressed displeasure why the independent National electoral commission (INEC) has not concluded the State and National Assembly re-run elections.

They described the situation as undemocratic and anti-Democratic as they protest the absence of their senators, Reps and some State Assembly members in the various asemblies.According to them,if elections could be concluded in Borno State, why can't it be concluded in Rivers State.

They are particularly worried that laws are being made without the contribution of Rivers state and call on the world to look into the matter.

This rented party (they are too few to be called a mob or a crowd) have decided to drag the name of Jesus in the mud by engaging in politics of deceit.

They did not protest against kidnapping, bad roads, no light, no job and all.
