what do you expect other than 12% work-done? are they not blacks?
the only thing that keeps me up at night is the mystery behind why this continent exist
in the last 500yrs of existence, the Brits have managed to produced great civilizations likewise inventions and managed to maintain a population of 64million (including those that died in both wars)
what great invention has this entire country ever achieved even with an ever growing population of 173million Nigerians and all the black gold we have?
Not even the best economy
not even that good in science and technology
not even good in art and culture
not even good in sports (just look at Olympics)
cant even produce a good president
literally nothing good comes from Nigeria and yet it continues to exist by some miracle
the only thing we are good at is reproduction, fc***ing without any kind of planning before hand. "the building block of every civilization starts from the family" this means nothing to us when we can just churn out babies at will. the population of Nigeria alone is predicted to reach 300million by 2100, how on earth are we going to survive? where are we going to run to if we keep fc****ing up like this

Bros, in summary you will agree with me that 98 percent of Africans (blacks in general) are extremely greedy.

We already know they embezzled money that was why people voted you to do what they felt the last administration couldn't do.

Don't know why they keep showing us what we already know instead of them to go and do the repair and work for the reason they were voted for.
Unfortunately there is no such money anymore. And it's necessary to reveal all this so people like you know how the money was looted by few individuals.

Before you continue with your propaganda...kindly;

1)Show us what percentage of that allocation is for recurrent expenditure?

2)What percentage of allocated fund for capital projects was disbursed?

3)What number of people have died under boko madam alone since buhari?...then add to Fulani herdsmen, Shittes massacre cum other religious killings, and secessionist deaths...compare to Jonathan and see if buhari isn't deserving of your medal more ...

I have said it and will continue to say it, corruption in the Niger Delta is highest in the country.
I know CUs I have been there for work and couldn't achieve anything because my superiors didn't wanna 'play' along. Even though it was for their benefit, it never saw the light of day!

Give a Niger Delta 1,000 to help is brother, he will rather report the money stolen while he buys his beer at night.

This has been my pain.
Why so much resources to the region yet nothing to show.
Why do the elites of the region so greedy because if they dnt benefit someone would be asking to see the projects.

It is very easy to pluck out figures from wherever and latch on to it.
By the way, is that not the normal leakages or worse in the 9ja system.

Reforms to checkmate such corruption have been resisted by the powers that be.

Who does not know that the sysyem is rotten throughout?

When GEJ wanted to implement subsidy removal, what did APC & opposition do?

Did budget padding not happen right under Buhari's nose.

What Buhari do to make things better? Recovering so-called loot and concealing the amount & people involved? shocked shocked No name & shame.

If the figures shown are true with evidence, why are those involved convicted yet? Or have they decamped to APC and become saints?

I am sceptical about this information;

1)Why rush to give us exact figure budgeted and then turn to percentages for subsequent information...?

2)They failed to ascertain if the bulk number of projects left undone was because of lack of continuity (different heads coming with different initiatives or purely corruption?

3)I remember Jonathan doing a computation of abandoned federal projects all over the federation; was that because of lack of fund, or lack of leadership continuity or lack of political will or corruption?...

4) Example is East/West road which has been severally adjusted and budgeted for...hence needing extra funds for consultancy, and other engineering works etc...won't such influence this? Would it be right to term it corruption as already concluded by Nairaland judiciary

5)Never judge past administrations by their actions snd turn to judge buhari by his intentions...Use same yardstick and you will discover the truth...

Tinubu has been technically in power since yet Lagos has been growing. the people of Niger Delta should Call themselves to order. they are mostly their enemies. just imagine implementation and completion of 50 to 70 percent of those projects.

The FG owns those institutions, and it is its duty to ensure they comply with their task. It is not the people of the ND that selects the governing and managerial board of these organizations. The FG should ensure that it puts in corrupt free people at the top, and this will spiral down to the bottom. Not placing cash cows for the 2019 elections and expecting a change from what was previously obtainable.

That is why over 70% of the projects embarked upon are at various stages of completion. May be if the ministry had been told they will get only 420billion, they would have embarked on projects that amount can complete. The ministry was set up to fail from inception.

What are you saying

Even if #420b was released can you calculate how many percent of budgeted sum that represent ? and apart from the released #420b are you telling us non of the contractors are being owed for jobs already executed ?

N700B in seven years out of N21Trillion budgeted for the country, wao this is small amount. From the amount budget N84B of projects to have been completed. Who are the contractors of NDDC? They are all Nigerians (Ibo, Yoruba, Hausa, Ijaws, etc).

#700b budgeted for NDDC is different ftom other works embarked upon by the ministry of works , aviation and every other government ministries in that region .

That figure is different from the 13% derivation received by the states government , normal allocations and other interventions in the region.

At the rate of things now even if all the #21trillion is released to this people their leaders will still embezzle everything and the poor masses will still be abandoned to their fate.

Nigeria is corrupt but the level of corruption in that region is absurd and out of this world.

The SS region have no reason to shout marginalisation.
The people ought to hold their leaders to question starting from GEJ, to the governors, senators and house of reps and ministers who have had the opportunity to bring the change to the region.
If all these funds are allocated effectively, there would be no need for all the vilolence that are taking place.

Noninclusive of regular individual state allocation with nothing on ground to show; give Obiano, Ambode, or Amosun this kind of money, and watch them perform.

We need to stop paying most MDAs in cash (electronic, cheque, or otherwise); start paying them in e-vouchers, vouchers redeemable for cash via the ministry of Finance upon meeting a set of certain criteria.

It's a very good idea. But trust me, they'll definately find a way around it. Forge evidence of completion and bribe those at the ministry of finance. Nigerian and corruption: siamese twins
