A lots of lives and property had lost in the hand of herdsmen, can it be reasonable to get rid of herdsmen by bombarded them?,there is the association of fulani herdsmen of Nigerian "Meyyatti Allah" that I thing FG, state govt. communities and all the stakeholders in cattle and the meat business...the butchers, retailers need to know how the solution will be found to the attack of herdsmen, those days it's the conflicts between herdsmen and farmer but today it's another form of criminality, what way out of the herdsmen attack in Nigeria.
Many of our forest reserved or non reserve have turn to the bandits, cattle rustlers criminals and terrorists hide-out, all need to be cleared so as to disarm the herdsmen.
At least all the cattle, sheep, goats all end-up on our table, it's a gift of nature deserve to be protected by all Nigerian. Don't forget if we get to a point where beef also imported, we are gone! oil we finished one day but herds never!
I also call on Nigerian richer..Dangote & co to invest heavily on cattle ranch, no matter how we invest on food production, without on animal husbandry, there will be lack of meat and diary on our table!

lack of education Is a decease. and who told you other region or tribe can't train and ranch cattle. our people will take over the cattle industry. with state government support they will import foreign breed. ranch the cattle's and rear them in civilized way. it will create local jobs and blocked linkages state is losing internally revenues and jobs to this beast. it will be a plus plus.

State govts in the south shd collaborate wit rich individuals and set up big ranches with exotic breeds like friesian dat have real good beef and dairy output. Dis aint rocket science. Wen like a hundred or more ranches are set up in these states,wit d resultant availability of cheap and v good quality beef,..fulani cattle rearing will naturally edge out,along with dia killing,raping and other destructive tendencies!
