Earlier today The Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme Brigadier General Paul Boroh (rtd) visited the DG of the National Biotechnological Development Agency, Professor (mrs) Lucy Jumeyi Ogbadu in her office to finalize moves to enable the agency train thousands of Ex Agitators in Agricultural Activities.

Far better than giving free money which makes them become lazy duck.

Amnesty, even though it temporarily solved a problem, has proved to have created far bigger ones by birthing more militants.

Where are the militant warlords of 2008/2009? They're all billionaires at the expense of the very people and communities they claimed to be fighting for.
