yorubasmustprosper: You are already thinking what they want you to think. If you were in charge they would have succeeded in getting exactly what they want. Nobody is going to be sacked. It's not easy to sack civil servants just with this type of excuse. All they are doing is to gain advantage in whatever new recruitment that is coming so that they can have upper hand in filling the place with their people. What if the south south recruitment was done also to balance the inequality that had been in the service like you said . 9 Likes 1 Share |

If this happens then may it never be well with Buhari and all who are defending him and banning for him here on NL.. Very demonic and bigoted tribalistic element he is.. Since he came to office over 4 million have either lost their means of livelihood or their lives, yet he frees boko haram fighters and wants to render law abiding people jobless.. He should endeavor to fix in all the boko haram fighters into those roles he's vacating people from.. 2 Likes |

Anytime GEJ get positive buzz around him, news will start flying about corruption investigation. That the press was excited to see jona at NCS meeting is responsible for this new media onslaught. cbn, firs and even nsdc had done the worst lopsided employment in Nigeria history under this administration but u will not hear of probe. 9 Likes |

The Nigeria is not for Northerners alone, give us the present % of FG by regional distribution in general, the northerners are too many in FG, they are the one enjoying FG scholarship mostly We truly need restructuring |

Sack all of them. Federal employment is a huge drain in the economy. It is a reward process whereby relatives of people in power are offered positions where they have no meaningful input but keep drawing huge monthly salaries. The FG should embark on creating jobs in manufacturing, farming, etc that produce tangible products. Hiring folks to just sleep in different ministries is counterproductive. If in doubt, take a walk into Ministries in Nigeria as early as 10am. It will seem like there is a sleeping competition going on. Why? Because there are no duties/responsibilities for them. They are just filling the quota system. \ 1 Like |

I laugh when these tribal bigots come to unsettle the relative peace and harmony in the country. The I.diot quoted 33.something % employment in favour of the South as against 26.something in the north. The question I want to ask him is, what is the % of graduate and qualified people in the South compared to the north? What is the % of development attention in our budget between the south and the north? What is the cut off mark for gaining admission in the south as against the north? These guys should be ashame. |
