Kogi State; Official Headquaters Of Corruption In Nigeria. by azimibraun: 9:23am On Sep 19, 2016
After watching the Senior Special Assistant to the Kogi state governor Mr Abdulmalik Abdulkarim on channels tv, I was left with no doubt that kogi state and its people are in a big big trouble. over $12million to buy cars for the governors appointees? It is not too late for the young governor to make a U turn and purge himself of this monumental fraudulent tendencies and go about justifying God's favour upon him and try developing the state. At a point in the interview the governors media aid who clearly is a mediocre, could not defend any action of his boss. Mr Yahaya Bello may have taken very wrong steps from the start but its not in my opinion late to correct the mistakes. A good guy with bad guys around him can hardly prosper. Why select workers to be paid when all laborers deserve their wages? Why dismantle monuments(Roundabouts) with no clear plan of replacing them; in addition to the act not being a priority to the electorates? Why too much attention on vehicle procurement over and above agriculture, education, health, feeder roads and key infrastructures? Mr Bello please focus and make history like i saw a man being celebrated in Edo state over the weekend. Papa Ogbemudia.
