Nigeria dey carry crude oil go dey refine for abroad,so it won't be a crime to import crude to refine in west. ND should not be afraid when they hear companies coming to West to build refineries. This is a matter of security You can't put your money where it is not secured. |

Signing contracts is one thing executing the project in record time is uncertain. Akute-Sango express was started 3yrs ago, completing that road will boost econo activities and well-being of the already over stretched people in that area.
