He counted his chickens way before they were hatched and his expectations were also high bt he should ve known better that with people like the Esama and Lucky particularly who was more of an albatross to him, he stood no chance because Edolites ve not forgotten the way Lucky ran the state aground wen he was in charge and which was the reason he couldn't go with Ize Iyamu everywhere to campaign just the way Osho did with Obaseki.
So it was just a case of choosing between two evils.

By and large, this election sounded the death knell for some people's political career, Osho is a new nd major power broker in the state now, he was able to clip the wings of the political gladiators of the P. D. P.
