Age is only a number. My friend's wife is more than a year older him, believe me, they are wonderful couple. It depends on her; If she will respect me as her husband and if she possesses all the other good qualities a man want for a wife, I will marry her. (especially if she doesnt looks it) |

To me age is more than a number. I could never date a man younger than me cos I'll always see him as a younger brother and I'll never be able to respect him |

Yeah I'll date a Girl older than me, cuz she's more experienced than me so she'll understand my flaws and correct me, most Girls won't like to date a Guy who is younger than them, they'll say he's a kid . |

Yes, if we click and he's matured. People mature differently. Age and maturity are sometimes parallel. Though the age gap shouldn't be too much. |

Nothing wrong there, age is just a number and a lot of people don't know how to act their age anyway. Pharoh: Here we go again with Nigerians and "their" culture |

Re: Would You Date/marry An Older Girl? why or why not? by jextoban: 3:48pm On Oct 18, 2009 |
aint no big deal in dating or marrying a lady older than me .am not surprised at those that said no or never.it shows how immature they re when it comes to love.when you love someone ,age will automatically be a mere factor of numbers. yall need to grow up and handle biz like an adult and stop using culture as a motherfucking excuse. |
Re: Would You Date/marry An Older Girl? why or why not? by chiogo(f): 8:58pm On Oct 18, 2009 |
ThiefOfHearts:LMFAO!!! They woulda killed my siblings with their so-called culture. SMH!!! jextoban:Oh please. Agreed, it has nothing to do with culture. But saying you can't date or marry someone who's older/younger doesn't make one immature. It's called choice/preference. It's only immature if there's no reason behind it except "culture". @topic, younger guys?? nah. Ok, I have so many reasons. If he's younger then he'll be in school with me or something and myself, I'm gonna be in school for a LONG time as far as I know. We can't both be in school struggling when it comes to marriage. uh uh. Again, I like to feel protected and pampered. If he's younger, I'm supposed to be doing the pampering?? oh hell no That's like raising another child. From experience, some of 'em like to be spoon-fed, some can be very mature for their age. But um, nah. Considering that women age faster than men. That's another factor. I can't be looking like his mother. |

i know girl who rejected a guy she liked because she found out that he was 6 months younger than her. I thought it was a very ridiculous thing to do. This is a perfect case of letting society predict or colonizing on how you should live your life? Its called shallow minded or narrow vision, how long before the word "Our Culture" pops out!!! |
