no,you got it all wrong.....solar hasn't really developed in Nigeria unlike in the middle east.....solar is very cheap,free from health hazard,sustainable and cost effective.....most taxis in China is electric and solar powered irrespective of the fact that they have low sun intensity unlike Nigeria
