Governor of Kaduna State, Governor Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai was in a meeting with DFID & World Bank Officials on ways to further improve Quality Education and the Business Environment in Kaduna.

The Original Master Plan of Kaduna and a letter signed by Prime Minister, James Wharton was handed over to the Governor.

While some governors are busy working day and night to ensure that dividends of democracy is felt by the people they are governing, some are busy arresting{stealing} cows to feed their hungry people. Life is funny though
