Well, I can't say what the situation with 444 is. Try to call glo Premium Customer Care on 171, you will be charge N20. I am sure it will help.

Glo wahala too much plus their clueless cc agents. Can't get the 3g service on my BB. Guess the sim swap is ma best shot.

@luluosas, my bb is up and working since the crash. About 3g problem; i went to a Glo world center around my area and laid the complaint. The agent ran a check on my profile and confirmed i had 3g provisioned on my line. Nonetheless, upon my recommendation to have my profile reset, it took approximately 3hrs to get the 3g up and working for me. What i asked them to do was to wipe-out the 3g access profiled for my line and then re-install it. And it worked. As per the browsing speed. Well, i cant say for sure now.
