I remember when a southern Kaduna Prof was supposed to be the VC of ABU, they kept protesting and dragging the thing until he was frustrated out of competition. Is it the marginalization in govt appointments or the fact that apart from KRPC, everything of note in Kaduna state is in the North. One can keep counting the surcharges hare.
