Spain is perhaps about to break the political impasse in which it is enmeshed in ten months. The Spanish parliament is expected to end Saturday, October 29th at the political crisis by granting somehow confidence in the Prime Minister Conservative Mariano Rajoy after having refused Thursday as a warning.

The instability is likely to continue, however, since the minority government of Mariano Rajoy will indeed deal with a hostile parliament.

After two parliamentary elections in December and June, which did not reveal a majority in the Chamber of Deputies, the socialist PSOE planned to abstain Saturday when Rajoy asked for the second time the confidence of the elected.
