I have been in your shoes before – Jonathan consoles Clinton after election loss

Goodluck Jonathan has reacted to the election of Donald Trump as the president of the US and applauded Hillary Clinton for conceding defeat. In an election that has been described as an upset, Trump defeated Clinton in the election held on Tuesday, November 8.

In a post on his social media page, Jonathan congratulated Trump and also saluted Clinton. The former Nigerian president wished the American people well in the choice of Trump as president.
He wrote: “I congratulate America’s choice, President-elect Donald J. Trump, and I also salute Hillary Clinton for conceding. Having taking this route myself, I know it takes great self sacrifice and shows her strength of character. I am very encouraged by Mr. Trump’s words in his victory speech where he said “It is time for us to come together”. This is true not only for America, it is also true for the world at large. He also congratulated American people for participating in the tightly contested election. He said: “The President looks forward to working together with President-elect Trump to strengthen the already established friendly relations between both countries, including cooperation on many shared foreign policy priorities, such as the fight against terrorism, peace and security, economic growth, democracy and good governance.

That's nice GEJ, Clinton's crimes against the people of Nigeria began with her pro-islamic bias in favor of northern Nigerians, and crowned by refusing, yes refusing for more than 2 years to declare Boko Haram a terrorist organization.

Instead she labelled BK a group of dis-enfranchised and unemployed youths, even when they bombed churches on a weekly basis, and then the bombing of the UN building.

Good night Clinton, Kerry, and the crazy Obama, so long!

Southern Nigerian Christians shall survive you too.

The empathy and consolation is best given by Buhari, who like Clinton, attempted multiple times before finally winning it.

Jonathan has lost his mind and point of reference in the outcome of this US election.
