i really dont know why we Nigerians like to waste resources. Is it because we have it in surplus or because we dont know how to manage it? Well, as for me, there's no need to bring in new establishment or name. All they have to do is to collapse all agency into one and still let it remain NNPC and instruct all operators to update their licenses. They should also include BVN to this system to curb out ingenuity. Government should also enforce all operators to pay their taxes accurately and on time. Shikena!!!

Buy an asset like a refinery, instead of developing it to be viable, you start breaking the asset into parts and selling those parts to make money. The things foreigners do to us in the name of investment especially the Asians, you would open your mouth and not be able to close it.
