Hearty congratulations to the mighty Iroko of Ondo, the astute and learned Governor-elect of Ondo State, Chief Rotimi Akeredolu (SAN) for his clear victory at the gubernatorial elections that held yesterday.

Not only were the elections peaceful, but they were held in a sane atmosphere with most of the card readers working and minimal reports of irregularities. Kudos to Prof. Mahmood led INEC and all other stakeholders, not excluding the enlightened electorate in Ondo State.

Ondo is now in the in the league of states led by the ruling party and Ekiti is next. In the interest of peace and progress, it is pertinent that the other contenders; Eyitayo Jegede and Olusola Oke join hands with the Governor-elect and contribute their quota to moving the state forward.

Congratulations to the APC, the Governor-Elect and good people of the Sunshine State.
