I think Ben Bruce just made some common sense. He shed some light on how Buhari's incompetence is driving the Nigerian economy into the woods. Big Land and property acquisitions need taxing, first class ticket passengers need taxing, luxury cars need taxing.... but the only place the government found taxing was data plans.
