But in the present case a man was unlawfully arrested by SSS (offence No.1) and has been detained ever since without being brought before a court (Offence No.2)... so PMB doesn't have a hand in the decision of the Court to deny him (Mr Kanu) bail.. and the decision of the Court in this present case, is well founded..
