This is very shameful. This is the kind of person the House needs to sanction for bringing the image of the House into disrepute. These are the kind of people that makes banks run into problems and as such cause the nation's economy to be unstable.

The rep member owes gtb 130 million naira and has diverted the payment of his allowances for the past four months to another bank account. Gtb wrote the speaker of the house to implore the debtor to pay up. I thought loans(?) Were given out only after a collateral had been provided or is there something I don't understand here ?
