Well,im a lover of Ugwu leaf but a friend recommend another leaf called Garden egg for me,but ive never seen nor tasted it, Pls, which one do u think is more nutritious that the other.Your response will be appreciated

ugwu one blessed leaf for egusi.

Garden Egg leave is more nutritious. But it is a bit bitter.

It is best cooked with okro soup.

They are very bad and unappealing fruits.

Its called garden egg leaf. In igboland we eat the leaf raw, it's not bitter. It's more nutritious than ugwu. Same leaf u use 4 abacha (african salad) . Try it with red oil, u won't regret it

Garden eggs leaf is more better, highly nutrituous than ugwu. But both of them are really good.
