Going by BMB's assertion and your conclusion, how old was Buhari in 1983/84?

When Buhari was there in 1984, he was just 42+ years old, we can't refer to him as a n old man then, and we did experience recession then. That is to tell us that, we being in recession this year again when the same man who was there then, is the same man at the helm of affairs presently, is not because of his old age but a confirmation that the repeat of what he did then is what he's doing, hence, another recession again. It's not a coincidence, neither is he unlucky, but he's just who he is, as OBJ described him, a man clueless in economic matters.
