My threads About Ladies on NL are usually harsh given the contents pardon me, But this time am cutting them Nigerian Females some slack.
Most Nigerian Homes, The issue of over dependence of women on their Men has always been a debate.
For once I have to agree it's not their fault, For me, it's the culture. In average Nigerian Homes Girls are trained to be a wife not a woman of her own, raised to be another man's property. Sadly this isn't changing anytime soon. at the age of 23 upward a female Nigerian not married still in her father's house starts getting question from her parents about her future husband, if you are in your late 20's and you are still not married, you are not at home anymore, You are in Hell.
Look at the Nigerian Govt for example the percentage of females is like 0.000001. Even our dear president said his wife belongs to his kitchen and other rooms. This Generation can help change things by raising their female Children to become independent. Then we start seeing changes in our society one of them which is men respecting women.
Women can live without Men. Thank you for Reading I drop my Pen. cool

The over-imprisonment of Nigerian women by their husbands is also a cultural issue.

Being trained to be a wife does not mean you should not be independent. Why do parents send female children to school then, at least it wasnt like that in the olden days. Some who are wise get additional handwork apart from school just for them not to depend on any man which is good.

Its most of the ladies themselves that believe marrying a wealthy man is the solution to all their problems they refuse to build themselves on being independent then they eventually become victims. They deserve it though because if you give some a tangible amount of money, just to save alone is a problem let alone investing. Its Brazilian hair and the latest high heel with N70000 make up thats constantly on thier mind.

Imagine an alhaji sugar daddy giving you almost N200,000 monthly and you cannot start a business after one year.

Men are natural providers, by default. Therefore, shut up and be a man. Having a dick doesn't solely qualify you to be a man.

Only idiots crave total female independence. Be a man and stop whining. If you cannot provide for your family (your woman and children), you have no business getting involved in a serious relationship, expecting to share your innate responsibility with a female.

Some one that have sense, thank you
If the freedom women have now in our society is not enough then we should get ready to hang ourselves due to high divorce rate and promiscuity that will follow after this socalled freedom.

At OP, what percentage of the male youth are independent? I think women have it better than us sef cos the only pressure they have is to get married after Uni or before graduation.
