No one is gona live for a thousand years, even careful people die young and the careless ones live long. Important thing is to eat health, live responsibly and pray to whatever you believe in for good health.

The only necessary tests here are HIV, genotype and may be fertility test. The are not too important.

Tests for STIs and HIV should be done during dating, before any intimacy even if marriage is not intended.

Yea, it wont guarantee sound health but some of these test are quite neccessary..especially that of HIV and Genotype.
