A Scotland-based Nigerian environmentalist, Precious Ogechi Ogbueri, has shared his heart breaking story of how he never gave up on his education after been called a failure after he wrote the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) seven times and sat for the West Africa Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (WASSCE) four times before he could secure admission into University of Port Harcourt.
