From humble beginnings to governor elect.
Can you believe it that in 1960 a young man ( circled in red below) diligently managed the ORILONISE BOOKSHOP of late pastor John Oluwayose Fayose, (seated in the middle below) located in Agbeni, Ibadan, Oyo-State. He worked there together with his wife and would frequently bring along his young son to play with Pastor Fayose's children amongst the books. And that this little boy is none other than our esteemed governor elect of Ondo State CHIEF ROTIMI AKEREDOLU (Aketi). After this, they moved to set up their own retail drink business in Oke Ado ibadan Oyo-State. Now it's 2017. Pastor Fayose's son is the current governor of Ekiti state, AYO FAYOSE. And Pa AKEREDOLU's son AKETI is about to become governor of Ondo State! Amazing what the wheel of time brings!

That is a cute picture.

However, we cannot wait for the leader of the #whitebeardgang to be sworn in Ondo. We want to see how he is going to turn Ondo state around for the better...
And if he does otherwise, the cane we used for Iroko is still very much around.

It is very possible for Pa Akeredolu to have brought little Aketi to the Bookshop in 1960. Aketi would have been a 5 year old tot then.
But the same can not be said of Osokomole who was only born late 1960. Records indicate Governor Fayose to have been born only in Nov 1960
Most probably the picture must have been taken before the Ekiti Governor was born
