That is the situation in kogi state. i served there in 2011. employment is gift out there. if yu are a relative of a top official in d govt; if you deliver a baby instead of giving you baby gift in money or material wise he will just put ya baby 's name on the local govt payroll. nearly all my student then were in local govt payroll.
