The police has given a clear warning, if you come out for any yeye protest, you will be shot with Ak-47, survivors will be re-shot with AK-49. PERIOD. Use your energy for something productive. If you have excess energy, go and confront Boko Haram, our soldiers are already worn out.
buhari slave has spoken. We will come out with guns. Let the shoot, we will shoot them back. Get that into your buhari dumb skull.

Many will die avoidably from 2face partisan protest and he may end up in jail for instigating crisis. If the protest wasn't a PDP backed one people wouldn't mind but as long as it is partisan APC supporters will likely confront them leading to deaths and arson.

Was the OccupyNigeria protest backed by APC?
Did PDP supporters confront them in 2012?
Has Buhari not removed the fuel subsidy and hiked the price?
If anyone should end up in jail, it should be Buhari and APC people for the suffering of our people.

Expectedly, they will have high BP. When it was protest against GEJ.......they had a field day at ojota park. We lost our freedom of expressing in May 2015

people are free to express their feelings in a democratic state. the police should leave them alone as long as it is peaceful.

if people are tired of this administration, we should show the displeasure thru vote in 2019, by then we wil know,if people want continuation of corruption of the past or not.

You are so illogical in thinking. We've endured for two years, for how many days did the Americans tolerate Trump before protest? So, you admonish people to wallow in pains, poverty, insecurity, darkness, nepotism et al till 2019?

To deliver on his campaign promises-

- electricity
- exchange rate
- fuel price

Do you have any problem with that?
to deliver his campaign promise shouldnt be your concern,
he that promise wil fulfil what he promise,
or has his tenure end?
why not wait til when his tenure end and vote him out, this is not a millitary govt where you protest for president to resign, this is democracy, you wait for 4yrs to change the govt even if he is worst than devil.

we had 'corruption' and things were better. Prices were lower and standard of leaving was good.

Now we don't have 'corruption', life becomes extremely difficult. Where are the monies saved because of the corruption fight? Why fight 'corruption' when it only brings more hardship?
Hmmmmm... I think we should expire all corrupt leaders like they did in Ghana. Whatya think huh

Hahaha!! It was expected!!!

Continue hailing PMB into deeper failure!!! Those of you that have sold your conscience for a morsel of porridge!!

Why must APC confront them? How many did PDP confront in 2012? Seems y'all APC stalwarts cannot handle criticisms when it is your turn but can dish it out when you are in opposition. undecided

Edit: Be that as it may, there's a certain hypocrisy I'd like to point out. The same people angry that the police are about to turn this megaprotest violent are the same people who cheered when there was a peaceful protest embarked upon by the Igbos and were murdered by security forces instead of making sure there's no lootingof properties by hoodlums as opined by a certain mod above. Of course, y'all can argue that it was far from peaceful, your opinion but remember this was what they wanted. For their voices to be heard.

I just hope this protest goes as planned!!!!

There was no APC in 2012

Its very sad that all the privileges that was allowed this useless party when they were in opposition is now being taken away by this beasts in government. By the time this useless party is done with Nigerians we go hear am. The demons we knew (PDP) is now turning out to be better than the supposed angels (APC lying machine) we are just getting to know. Their lies and propaganda is no longer working so they resort to brute force and that's how dictatorship is formed.

why is everything about APC AND PDP..when you go to the market to buy things at exorbitant prices, do they ask you what party you belong to, are we all not feeling the pinch of this hardship? what is Nigeria turning into..why cant we youth just try and do things right without making it a party issue..apportioning blame upon blame..please..Nigeria first before any stupid and useless parties. If our Fathers and mothers refuse to fight to make Nigeria better then we shouldn't be like them..we should not live Nigeria in it present state and wait for our children to come and live in the it like that...Rome was not built in a day..its will take togetherness devoid of pessimism , selfishness and unnecessary arrogance toward one another to make this country a better place for all Nigerians.

Bring back our Nigeria. Which Nigeria are they bringing back Is it the Nigeria of dictatorship or the fake propped up Nigeria? Now that Buhari is not propping up the naira, we are seeing the real Nigeria. We are all at fault including and especially the leadership.

We need to protest about many things in Nigeria. We need to protest about our universities; about our light/power issues; about our water supply and distributions; about our drainage system; about corruption on all levels; about tribalism and religious intolerance; about land reform; about civil servant pay and national work place treatments; about our roads, airports, and rails; about building codes to avert unnecessary fires in the markets - simple sprinkler systems can help that; etc

I have a problem with bring back our Nigeria as if it was great before. I reject former Nigeria as much as I reject current Nigeria. It should have been "improve our Nigeria". That is what happens when an illiterate leads a crowd. Enough mistakes with no thorough thoughts on issues. Soon e go promote hind album from this notice me attention. If he really mean am, God bless; but your message is still ignorant.

Even in this forum look how divided we are. Some people from a region of nigeria attacked another region because they were holding protest and the culprit was arrested and yet to be released on shaky grounds. Now its your turn to protest and the same govt. is against you and you feel hurt. Why? What reasons do you have to protest peacefully that the other group doesn't have? grin
