It will be difficult for Nigerians to support this loan moves by the present administration. Although it would have helped to stimulate the process of getting out of recession by injecting funds into the economy but we can't trust these same group of persons to properly manage the funds, if in less than two years we have become poorer like this . Moreover rail construction is a long term project, considering our way of doing things, the rail lines might just be commissioned uncompleted, just for some one to take the glory of building it and the fund embezzled. Take a trip across the country and see the number of substandard and uncompleted project abandoned everywhere. Until this government start and finish a major project, I don't think any reasonable person will support this loan move. But come to think of it, the loan approval is not delayed by the legislators for the love they have for the masses, it must be somethings else. Where have they really stood with the masses?
