No provision of our constitution says is an offence to wear military uniform. Such policy ws put in place to avoid abuse by criminal minded people. That physically challenged person is only doing that to show solidarity with the army.

It is only in Nigeria or Africa that people are brutalized for wearing a camo. Here in USA and other countries outside Africa; it's no big deal cos people wears them and walk around without intimidation of any kind
