Port harcourt is covered with Black soot. The weather is hazy implying a large percentage of suspended particulate matter in the air. I have to leave the city quickly. Young children and adults are having respiratory and throat infection. Feet and nostril are covered with black substances. So bad that the government and health agencies have not done anything. Please someone should help!!! |
