What are the chances that the lady would have to keep hunting him down for child support ?

How many Nigerian women do you know of that has to plead for her baby’s father
to acknowledge and be there for his child ?

to take care of your child from the village (actually town) I come from.

There's nothing wrong with a girl marrying an AA guy, i suppose it has more to do with a desire to stay within the relative comfort of the known.
Besides marriage in the Nigerian sense has a lot to do with familes . . . i dont know many conservative Nigerian families that would be disposed to letting their daughter go marry someone from goodness knows where.

That is the beauty of the typical diasporian "Nigerian" man!
