Political Insanity In Kogi State: Yahaya Bello & His 63 Senior Special Jobbers by Acidosis(m): 5:17pm On Mar 16, 2017
Just when I thought the appointment of about 15 Commissioners are enough for the economically bankrupt Kogi state, Governor Yahaya Bello has continued his political suicide journey by appointing another set of 63 political jobbers (special assistants).
http://dailypost.ng/2017/03/14/bello-appoints-mercy-johnson-62-others-special-assistants/

Truth remains that I'm not surprised and reason for that is not farfetched. State governors in Nigeria are unequivocally and pathetically dum.b.
(on this thread, I had earlier explain why the citizens appoint du.mb politicians https://www.nairaland.com/3682886/main-reason-nigerians-elect-dumb)

Aside squandering what they cannot generate, they are known for appointing special assistants without specific/tangible need. To them, appointments are meant to satisfy godfathers and other instrumental jobbers in electioneering & campaign processes.

But here is my concern, why aren't we seeing this show of insanity in the media? Why has the attention shifted to Mercy Johnson? I'm not sure Governor Ambode has that number as SSA in spite the large population in Lagos state, so what exactly is wrong with the Kogi governor? Following simple economical logic, should Yahaya Bello appoint any SSA at all?
