Mr Suleiman Afegbua is a Great Grand Child of Afegbua.

He was in company of friends heading to Benin from Okpella. Anyone who plies the route knows there's a blind spot near Ogbemudia farm that has been a spot for many robberies in the past.

They were five occupants in the vehicle and as they approached this spot they ran into A blockade made by kidnappers. The kidnappers ordered them out and ask them all to lie down on the ground. Several other travellers ran into them also and all were asked to hit the ground too. In the midst of all the shouting and shoving Mr Suleiman attempted to run and one of the kidnappers shot at him. These was narrated by his driver who was at the scene.

The driver further said, the kidnappers assessed the people on the ground and took 5 away with them.

It's a really sad sad event. I pray for Gods grace upon the family in these trying time.
